Ingredients:
- Olive oil 1 tbsp
- Garlic Minced 2
- Asian Mix ( 1 Pack)
- Salt and Pepper
- Thinly Sliced Filet ½ Kg
- Chopped Cilantro 2 Tbsp
- Sesame Seed 1 Tsp
Marinade:
- Soy Sauce ½ cup
- Brown Sugar ¼ cup
- Garlic Minced 2
- Ginger Minced 1 Tbsp
- Sesame Oil 1 tsp
- Sriracha sauce 1 tsp
Preparation:
- Mix all Marinade Ingredients in a bowl,
- Add to pan olive oil, garlic, Asian Mix and the marinade.
- Roll a bit of Asian Mix inside the meat then brush meat with marinade.
- Add oil to pan, cook meat , add coriander sesame seeds.
