Asian Shrimps & Vegetables Stir Fry

Ingredients:
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • ¼ cup of hoisin sauce
  • ½ cup of soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons of corn flour
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon of fresh ginger
  • ½ pack of frozen Shrimps
  • 1 pack stir fry mix
  • 2 Zucchini cut into noodles
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds
Preparation:
  1. Boil shrimps for 5 minutes and set aside
  2. Mix hoisin, soy and corn flour
  3. In wok, add olive oil, garlic and ginger, then add shrimps, stir fry mix, salt and pepper and mix for 3 minutes
  4. Add prepared mix sauce then cook for 2 minutes
  5. Add the zucchini noodles then cook for additional 2 minutes
  6. Garnish with sesame seeds
