Asian Shrimps & Vegetables Stir Fry

Ingredients:
Salt
Pepper
¼ cup of hoisin sauce
½ cup of soy sauce
2 teaspoons of corn flour
3 tablespoons of olive oil
1 clove minced garlic
1 teaspoon of fresh ginger
½ pack of frozen Shrimps
1 pack stir fry mix
2 Zucchini cut into noodles
1 tablespoon of sesame seeds
Preparation:
Boil shrimps for 5 minutes and set aside
Mix hoisin, soy and corn flour
In wok, add olive oil, garlic and ginger, then add shrimps, stir fry mix, salt and pepper and mix for 3 minutes
Add prepared mix sauce then cook for 2 minutes
Add the zucchini noodles then cook for additional 2 minutes
Garnish with sesame seeds
