Ingredients:
  • 1 cup of baby spinach
  • 1 pack of Wok Mix
  • 2 sliced cucumbers
  • ½ cup Roasted peanuts
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Sauce:

  • ¼ cup rice wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 3 tablespoons sesame oil
  • ¼ cup olive oil


Preparation:
  1. Combine all sauce ingredients in bowl and mix
  2. Boil wok mix for 2 to 3 minutes then transfer to ice bath
  3. Cut cucumbers
  4. Mix all salad ingredients
  5. Add sauce, peanuts and sesame seeds
