Extra Fine Green Beans with Honey Pecans & Cranberries

Ingredients:
  • 1 pack of Plein Soleil Extra Fine Beans
  • Plein Soleil Avita Cheese (as desired)
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 2 tablespoons of melted butter
  • 12 pieces of pecans
  • 2 cloves of minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon of balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of Plein Soleil mustard
  • 1/2 tablespoon of honey

Sauce:

  • 1 teaspoon of balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tablespoon of honey
Preparation:
  1. Combine all sauce ingredients in bowl and mix
  2. Add pecans, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, Plein Soleil mustard and honey in the food processor.
  3. Boil Plein Soleil Extra Fine Beans and transfer to ice bath.
  4. Heat pan, add olive oil, garlic, Extra Fine Beans and prepared processed food.
  5. Put in a plate
  6. Add sauce, Plein Soleil Avita Cheese and serve.
