Ingredients:
500g sliced beef
1 pack of Stir Fry Mix
¾ cup of soy sauce
¼ Cup of hoisin sauce
¼ Cup of corn flour
2 teaspoons of olive oil
1 teaspoons of minced ginger
1 clove of minced garlic
¾ cup of brown sugar
1 tablespoon of thinly sliced green onion
½ cup of steamed rice
Salt
Pepper
Preparation:
Mix ¼ cup of soy sauce, Hoisin sauce, Corn flour.
Add to meat then keep aside for 30 minutes.
Fry meat in wok.
Aside, in a wok also, add olive oil, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, water, brown sugar and mix for 5 minutes.
Add fried meat, sprinkle salt and pepper and cook for 5 minutes.
Add Stir Fry Mix, green onions and cook for 5 minutes.
Serve with rice.
