Mongolian Beef

Ingredients:
  • 500g sliced beef
  • 1 pack of Stir Fry Mix
  • ¾ cup of soy sauce
  • ¼ Cup of hoisin sauce
  • ¼ Cup of corn flour
  • 2 teaspoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoons of minced ginger
  • 1 clove of minced garlic
  • ¾ cup of brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of thinly sliced green onion
  • ½ cup of steamed rice
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Preparation:
  1. Mix ¼ cup of soy sauce, Hoisin sauce, Corn flour.
  2. Add to meat then keep aside for 30 minutes.
  3. Fry meat in wok.
  4. Aside, in a wok also, add olive oil, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, water, brown sugar and mix for 5 minutes.
  5. Add fried meat, sprinkle salt and pepper and cook for 5 minutes.
  6. Add Stir Fry Mix, green onions and cook for 5 minutes.
  7. Serve with rice.
