Spinach & Avita Cheese Tart

Ingredients:
  • 1 bag of Plein Soleil Shortcrust Pastry
  • 1 bag of Plein soleil Frozen Spinach (400g)
  • 1 Plein Soleil Avita Cheese Feta (250g)
  • 200ml of cooking cream
  • 1 Egg (beaten)
  • Lemon zest
  • 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg 
Preparation:
  1. Pre-heat oven to 190° celsius, lightly grease a medium size pan. Place the Shortcrust pastry & brush with beaten egg.
  2. Slightly bake for better texture before pouring the mixture.
  3. In a medium bowl mix together the spinach, cooking cream, avita cheese, lemon zest, white pepper & nutmeg.
  4. Pour the mixture in the dough, top with shredded mozzarella and bake for approximately 20 minutes until golden.
