Ingredients:
  • Spring rolls sheets
  • 2 teaspoons of sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped garlic
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped ginger
  • 1 teaspoon of brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons of soy sauce
  • Pepper
  • Salt
  • 2 finely chopped onions
  • 1 beaten egg
  • Plein Soleil Sweet Chili Sauce
Preparation:
    1. Heat a pan then add the sesame oil, onions, garlic and ginger. Cook for 5 minutes.
    2. Add Asian Mix and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
    3. Cool for 15 minutes.
    4. Brush spring rolls sheets with eggs.
    5. Add cooked Asian Mix on one side, roll spring sheet halfway then close it.
    6. Deep fry in the heated wok.
    7. Serve with Plein Soleil Sweet Chili Sauce.
